Heather Krugman serves as Director of Operations and Strategic Planning. She joined the Dean’s Office in October 2006 as the budget unit manager. Her primary responsibilities include budgetary responsibility for the Scripps College as well as serving as the Scripps College’s human resources manager.

Heather has a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with majors in Finance, Health Care Management and Pre-law.

Heather started work at Ohio University in 1998 as a department administrator, first in Mathematics and then in Physics and Astronomy. Prior to her work at OU, she was employed as a rural health coordinator in West Virginia where she sat on the Governor’s Advisory Panel for Children and Families.
