Doug serves as the network administrator for the Dean's Office. He also splits his time with the J. Warren McClure School of Information and Telecommunication Systems, where he serves as the lab adminsitrator.

Prior to working at Ohio University, Doug was a software engineer at Cintech Telemanagement Systems and a network engineer for American Computer Solutions, Inc., both in Cincinnati.

Doug published briefs titled "Personal Digital Assistant" and "Online Gaming" for the Institute for Telecommunication Studies in 2004.

Doug earned a bachelor's degree in Communication Systems Management from Ohio University and is currently working on his master's degree in Communication Technology and Policy.

Doug serves as advisor and coach of the Ohio University TaeKwonDo team and is a board member of the Lambda Chi Alpha Home Company Inc.
